About the role

  • Incident management (1st and 2nd level) for our Core Banking System Olympic
  • Execute database queries (DB2) and operate and monitor applications via the command console
  • Serve as single point of contact (SPOC) for business units for all applications managed by Application Engineering, including business analysis
  • Application management (configuration of control parameters, report generation, etc.)
  • Participate in release management: testing, coordination processes, collaboration with internal and external developers

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics with a focus on Computer Science/Banking or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in requirements engineering (e.g., IREB certification) and in IT service management (e.g., ITIL certification)
  • Very good German and good English (CEFR level B1/B2)
