About the role
- Further development and maintenance of our modern web application using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Radix & Shadcn UI
- Development of secure backend services with Python, FastAPI, SQL – optional prototyping with SQLite
- Integration of LLMs via the OpenAI API, Azure AI and optionally LangChain
- Implementation and documentation of API interfaces (OpenAPI standard)
- DevOps & Security: Flux, GitLab Pipelines, Terraform
- Technical sparring partner for UX/UI, AI engineering and compliance
- Support in building a scalable, maintainable codebase with high test coverage
Requirements
- Experience in full-stack development, ideally with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, FastAPI, Python and OpenAPI
- Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, Flux, GitLab Pipelines
- Strong understanding of API design, version control and automated testing
- Willingness to work in a regulated environment and adhere to high security standards
- Curiosity, flexibility and the ability to quickly learn new tools and frameworks
- Enjoy collaborating in interdisciplinary teams
- Independent working style and the ability to provide mutual backup within the team
- Excellent German and English skills (level C1/C2)
