About the role

  • Further development and maintenance of our modern web application using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Radix & Shadcn UI
  • Development of secure backend services with Python, FastAPI, SQL – optional prototyping with SQLite
  • Integration of LLMs via the OpenAI API, Azure AI and optionally LangChain
  • Implementation and documentation of API interfaces (OpenAPI standard)
  • DevOps & Security: Flux, GitLab Pipelines, Terraform
  • Technical sparring partner for UX/UI, AI engineering and compliance
  • Support in building a scalable, maintainable codebase with high test coverage

Requirements

  • Experience in full-stack development, ideally with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, FastAPI, Python and OpenAPI
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, Flux, GitLab Pipelines
  • Strong understanding of API design, version control and automated testing
  • Willingness to work in a regulated environment and adhere to high security standards
  • Curiosity, flexibility and the ability to quickly learn new tools and frameworks
  • Enjoy collaborating in interdisciplinary teams
  • Independent working style and the ability to provide mutual backup within the team
  • Excellent German and English skills (level C1/C2)
