About the role
- Support for the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Further development of the Management Information System (MIS)
- Preparation of internal reports for management and the Board of Directors
- Conduct regular analyses (e.g., costs, margins) and ad-hoc evaluations
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of reported figures
- Monitor budget variances and support the development of corrective actions
- Provide relevant data to support informed decision-making
Requirements
- Degree in Controlling, Finance, or a comparable qualification
- Several years' professional experience in a similar role within the financial services sector
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Alteryx experience is an advantage
- Analytical mindset, structured working approach, and a strong affinity for numbers
- Quick comprehension, high degree of ownership, strong communication skills, and team spirit
- Excellent German and English skills (C1/C2 level)
