About the role
- Support for the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Further development of the Management Information System (MIS)
- Preparation of internal reports for management and the Board of Directors
- Conduct regular analyses (e.g., costs, margins) and ad-hoc evaluations
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of reported figures
- Monitor budget variances and support development of corrective measures
- Provide relevant data to support informed decision-making
Requirements
- University degree in Controlling, Finance or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role within the financial services sector
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Alteryx experience is an advantage
- Analytical mindset, structured working style and strong numerical affinity
- Quick learner, high sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and team spirit
- Excellent German and English skills (level C1/C2)
