About the role

  • You support the conception and production of platform-specific social media content — from the idea and shooting to editing and creation of graphic assets.
  • You review video, TV and event footage (e.g., comedy shows or show recordings) and, together with the team, prepare it for social media.
  • You shoot short clips (Reels, TikToks, BTS, artist statements) with a smartphone or camera and assist with cutting and editing.
  • You adapt content for various platforms and formats (e.g., Instagram, TikTok or YouTube).
  • You assist with the planning, publishing and management of our social media channels using common tools.
  • Together with the team you analyze content performance and help to further develop content and storytelling.
  • You work closely with our social media team as well as event and tour teams and support community management.
  • You accompany live shows, festivals and tours and produce on-site content together with the team.

Requirements

  • Initial practical experience or vocational training in marketing, media design, social media or a comparable field
  • Good sense for visual language, editing and storytelling, ideally with a focus on vertical (portrait) content
  • Initial experience with editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve as well as Photoshop or Canva
  • Basic knowledge of shooting with a smartphone or camera
  • Interest in social media platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok or YouTube
  • Interest in comedy, entertainment, live shows and pop culture
  • Structured way of working, team spirit and a willingness to contribute to various projects
