About the role

  • You conceptualize and produce creative, platform-specific editorial social media content — from the initial idea and shooting concept to the final edit.
  • You review video, TV and event footage (e.g., comedy shows, recorded performances) and prepare it visually and dramaturgically for social media.
  • You independently shoot short clips (Reels, TikToks, BTS, artist statements) — using smartphone or camera — and edit them yourself.
  • You handle editing, image retouching and format adaptations for different platforms.
  • You plan, publish and manage content across all relevant channels using common social media tools.
  • You analyze the performance of your content, derive learnings and continuously develop content and storytelling.
  • You work closely with our social media marketing colleague as well as event and tour teams and support community management.
  • You accompany live shows, festivals and tours and produce content on-site.

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience or vocational training in media design, social media, content creation, digital editorial work, or a comparable field
  • Strong sense for visual language, editing, timing and storytelling — especially for vertical formats
  • Experience with editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut (CapCut), DaVinci Resolve, as well as Photoshop or Canva
  • Routine in shooting with smartphone or camera (concept, framing, lighting, audio)
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their mechanics (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta)
  • Ideally experience with planning and monitoring tools and basic CMS knowledge (e.g., WordPress)
  • Interest in comedy, entertainment, live shows and pop culture
  • Structured, independent working style and enthusiasm for handling multiple projects in parallel
  • Team spirit, a sense of humor and enjoyment of working in the middle of live events
