About the role
- You proactively identify new business opportunities and reach out to potential clients in a targeted manner
- You perform the initial contact by phone and generate interest in our consulting services
- You qualify leads, develop the initial relationship and schedule consultation appointments for our experts
- You manage the entire inside-sales process — from lead generation through proposal preparation
- You maintain our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure structured and traceable documentation
- You work closely with the team and receive comprehensive training and ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Strong communication skills — you present confidently, write clearly and have a pleasant, articulate speaking voice
- Closing strength — we are not a high-pressure sales outfit; we win customers through our professional, reliable and likeable approach, always with the close in mind
- Enjoyment in learning sales from the ground up and consistently executing established processes
- An existing network in one of our focus industries is an advantage; alternatively, willingness to build one
- Quick comprehension, discipline, and strong written expression in error-free German
- Enthusiasm for innovation funding and entrepreneurial drive
- Experience in B2B sales of complex, consultative services
