About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Negotiate with hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers in the tourism sector;
- Analyze rates, availability, allotments, and market opportunities;
- Draft, monitor, and manage commercial contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance of information;
- Monitor performance indicators, prepare reports, and support decision-making;
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities to expand and optimize the product portfolio;
- Participate in the planning and development of tourism products and experiences;
- Oversee the use of Omnibees systems and other business tools;
- Maintain strategic relationships with partners, leading negotiations and resolving partner requests;
- Support continuous improvement projects by proposing solutions that promote operational efficiency and better results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, commercial negotiations, or tourism product development;
- Knowledge of the hotel industry and the tourism market;
- Experience in supplier negotiation and management;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on spreadsheets, reporting, and controls;
- Familiarity with the Omnibees system and other tourism-sector tools;
- Analytical skills, strategic vision, and strong organizational skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with negotiation ability and interpersonal skills;
- Proactivity, flexibility, and ease in working in a dynamic environment.
- Advantage:
- Experience in travel planning and demand management will be considered a plus.
