About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retrospective) with a focus on value and engagement.
Ensure ceremonies occur according to the schedule, with active participation and focus on each ceremony's objective.
Monitor cadence, flow, and delivery efficiency.
Assess and track teams' agile maturity, promoting continuous improvement.
Encourage collaboration, self-organization, transparency, and distributed decision-making.
Lead group and individual development activities.
Monitor workflow, lead time, throughput, and delivery frequency.
Support the team in customer-oriented prioritization and focusing on the highest-impact deliveries.
Contribute to creating predictable, sustainable, and outcome-oriented environments.
Identify and remove technical, organizational, or communication impediments.
Support conflict mediation and promote a safe, collaborative, and productive environment.
Ensure impediments are recorded, tracked, and resolved promptly.
Facilitate retrospectives and ensure implementation of improvement actions.
Encourage continuous learning, experimentation, and Lean practices.
Contribute to the evolution of the agile culture across the organization.
Track teams' agile metrics (lead time, CFD, WIP, throughput, predictability).
Prepare reports and support managers and Product Owners with performance insights.
Use data to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and team growth.
Conduct trainings and workshops on agile methods, practices, and tools.
Support Product Owners, analysts, and developers in understanding their roles within the framework.
Act as a coach to build high-performing teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Postgraduate degree or MBA in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields.
Experience facilitating agile rites, conducting ceremonies, and promoting collaborative team dynamics.
Experience managing agile metrics, monitoring indicators, and using data to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.
Knowledge of feedback culture and continuous improvement practices, promoting team development, learning, and growth.
Skill in conflict resolution and removing impediments, acting with mediation, negotiation, and a solutions focus.
Experience coaching and mentoring teams, supporting employees' technical and behavioral development.
Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and the Spotify model.
Experience with agile methodologies, managing multidisciplinary squads, and overseeing deliveries.
Collaborative and communicative profile, with facilitative leadership and a results-oriented mindset.
