About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retrospective) with a focus on value and engagement;
Ensure ceremonies occur according to the calendar, with active participation and focus on each ceremony's objective;
Monitor cadence, flow and delivery efficiency;
Assess and track the teams' agile maturity, promoting continuous improvement;
Encourage collaboration, self-organization, transparency and distributed decision-making;
Facilitate team and individual development activities;
Monitor workflow, lead time, throughput and delivery frequency;
Support the team in customer-oriented prioritization and focusing on the highest-impact deliveries;
Contribute to creating predictable, sustainable and results-oriented environments;
Identify and remove technical, organizational or communication impediments;
Support conflict mediation and promote a safe, collaborative and productive environment;
Ensure impediments are logged, tracked and resolved promptly;
Facilitate retrospectives and ensure improvement actions are implemented;
Encourage continuous learning, experimentation and Lean practices;
Contribute to the evolution of agile culture across the organization;
Track teams' agile metrics (lead time, CFD, WIP, throughput, predictability);
Prepare reports and support managers and Product Owners with performance information;
Use data to identify bottlenecks, opportunities and team improvements;
Conduct training sessions and workshops on agile methods, practices and tools;
Support Product Owners, analysts and developers in understanding their roles within the framework;
Act as a coach to develop high-performing teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or related fields;
Experience facilitating agile rites/ceremonies, leading ceremonies and promoting collaborative dynamics across teams;
Experience managing agile metrics, monitoring indicators and using data to drive continuous improvement and decision-making;
Knowledge of feedback culture and continuous improvement practices, encouraging development, learning and team growth;
Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments, acting with mediation, negotiation and a solution focus;
Experience coaching and mentoring teams, supporting both technical and behavioral development of team members;
Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS and the Spotify model;
Experience with agile methodologies, managing multidisciplinary squads and tracking deliveries;
Collaborative and communicative profile, facilitative leadership style and results-oriented mindset.
