About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide consultative service to corporate clients, understanding their needs, operational context and risk profile;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to drive client loyalty and perceived value;
  • Monitor the client journey, offering technical and commercial support throughout the policy lifecycle;
  • Prepare, present and track quotes and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements;
  • Lead strategic negotiations with insurers and clients, ensuring competitiveness and profitability;
  • Conduct visits, meetings, presentations and prospecting activities to identify opportunities for portfolio growth;
  • Execute and oversee insurance renewals, assessing risks, adjusting coverages and ensuring client retention;
  • Analyze portfolio performance and recommend product adjustments based on client evolution;
  • Monitor policy expirations, documentation pending items and proposal responses to ensure operational flow;
  • Process requests for new policies, endorsements, beneficiary changes, coverage modifications, billing and premiums;
  • Assist clients with resolution of outstanding issues, delays or policy reinstatements;
  • Notify insured parties and agents of policy changes, cancellations or contractual adjustments;
  • Log interactions, proposals, movements and negotiation statuses in systems such as Quiver and CRM;
  • Update client data, ensuring history, traceability and data quality;
  • Track commercial indicators and support generation of reports for leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma;
  • Experience in consultative sales and strategic negotiation, including identifying needs, objection handling, solution building and closing deals;
  • Knowledge of insurance products and lines (Auto, Life, Commercial/Corporate, Health, Liability, among others);
  • Ability to interpret and analyze policies, coverages, deductibles, clauses, risks and exclusions;
  • Experience managing a corporate portfolio with focus on retention, expansion and client development;
  • Knowledge of insurance quoting, underwriting and renewal processes;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conducting meetings, commercial presentations and preparing proposals;
  • Analytical profile for identifying opportunities, analyzing data and assessing risks;
  • Commercial organization and discipline to manage pipeline, follow‑ups, targets and account prioritization;
  • Familiarity with brokerage management systems and CRMs, such as Quiver, for recording and tracking proposals and client portfolios.
