About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Refine and elaborate user stories, ensuring clarity and well-defined acceptance criteria;
- Prioritize requests based on value, impact, risk and product strategy;
- Monitor the development cycle, ensuring alignment between requirements and deliveries;
- Lead requirements meetings, interviews and needs-mapping sessions with stakeholders;
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation;
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the team;
- Validate deliveries against acceptance criteria, user experience and business impact;
- Support functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation with end users;
- Evaluate hypotheses, MVPs, prototypes and A/B test results when applicable;
- Actively participate in planning, review, refinement and other Agile ceremonies;
- Work with the team to clarify questions about business rules, flows and expectations;
- Promote continuous alignment between the business and the technical team;
- Identify opportunities based on data, feedback and product metrics;
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in processes, deliverables and user experiences;
- Monitor product indicators (usage, delivered value, performance, satisfaction);
- Research business requirements related to ERP modules;
- Develop detailed specifications and validate solutions with stakeholders;
- Recommend improvements and evolutions for ERP modules aligned with organizational processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Product Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field;
- Experience managing a product backlog, prioritizing based on value, effort, impact and business strategy;
- Experience defining product vision and building a roadmap, ensuring clarity around objectives, goals and strategic drivers;
- Strong stakeholder interaction skills, including alignment, collection and continuous validation of needs;
- Knowledge of product metrics analysis, using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions;
- Experience validating deliveries and hypotheses, including MVPs, A/B tests, defining acceptance criteria and collecting feedback;
- Knowledge of market dynamics and customer behavior, monitoring trends, competitors and opportunities to improve the product.
