About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Layout and design of online publications (magazines, e-books, guides, manuals)
Design of online assets: banners, social media posts, marketing emails, and web pages
Concept development for interactive spaces and brand activation at events
Creation of print materials: business cards, tags, branded-product customization, and related items
Image editing and post-production of audiovisual material to a high-quality standard
Development of visual identities for projects and campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Advertising Production, or related fields
Solid experience in creative/design roles
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with planning and content teams
Ability to present and justify deliverables with technical arguments aligned to the brief
Attention to detail in textual layout and visual composition
A refined creative eye for developing pieces that are high-quality, attractive, and impactful
Residence in Brasília, with availability to attend events and occasional meetings
Plus:
Experience with Internal Communications and/or Internal Marketing (Endomarketing)
