About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consultative service to corporate clients, aligned with company travel policy;
  • Issuance, modification, rebooking and cancellation of reservations (air, hotel, car rental, etc.);
  • Preparing quotes and presenting options with the best cost-benefit;
  • Recommending itineraries, fares and suppliers to reduce costs;
  • Monitoring requests, pending items and follow-ups;
  • Recording client interactions in internal systems;
  • Emergency support during business trips;
  • Support for corporate event logistics;
  • Negotiating rates and terms according to existing agreements;
  • Requesting reservations and pre-payments within established deadlines;
  • Contacting suppliers to obtain proposals and specific conditions;
  • Updating interaction and reservation records in the system;
  • Assisting with verification of information for invoicing and reconciliation;
  • Requesting reimbursements with appropriate documentation;
  • Organizing directories and event information;
  • Analyzing logistics forms and proposing solutions;
  • Participating in client meetings to align requirements;
  • Leading meetings regarding events and special transfers;
  • Staying up to date on fares, agreements, market trends and policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma (Preferred: degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related fields);
  • Strong knowledge of travel products and services (air, hotel and car rental);
  • Knowledge of fare rules, travel policies, suppliers and best practices;
  • Experience with reservation systems (GDS and non-GDS): booking, rebooking, ticketing and cancellation;
  • Familiarity with self-booking tools (OBTs), including error analysis and user support;
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) for data organization, reporting and presentations;
  • Consultative customer service approach, with empathy, clarity and a solution focus;
  • Clear, concise and professional verbal and written communication;
  • Negotiation skills with clients and suppliers, aiming for improved conditions.
