About the role

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns aimed at the Consortia area;
  • Create and adapt communication assets for different channels, such as email marketing and social media (feed and stories);
  • Support the production of visual content, ensuring consistency with the brand identity;
  • Analyze campaign metrics and results, proposing continuous improvements based on data;
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, events, and promotional activities;
  • Interface with and manage vendors (agencies, print shops, producers, etc.);
  • Work collaboratively with other departments across the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
  • Knowledge of marketing, preferably with a focus on digital marketing;
  • Prior experience with consortia (consórcio products/services);
  • Basic design skills for creating and adapting assets (email marketing, social media, etc.);
  • Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics;
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Differentials:
