About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns aimed at the Consortia area;
Create and adapt communication assets for different channels, such as email marketing and social media (feed and stories);
Support the production of visual content, ensuring consistency with the brand identity;
Analyze campaign metrics and results, proposing continuous improvements based on data;
Assist in organizing trade shows, events, and promotional activities;
Interface with and manage vendors (agencies, print shops, producers, etc.);
Work collaboratively with other departments across the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
Knowledge of marketing, preferably with a focus on digital marketing;
Prior experience with consortia (consórcio products/services);
Basic design skills for creating and adapting assets (email marketing, social media, etc.);
Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics;
Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Differentials:
Knowledge of motion design (animations and short-form videos).
