About the role
- Act as a strategic partner to business areas, understanding their needs, challenges and objectives;
- Translate commercial requests into clear, structured, results-oriented briefings;
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders' expectations and Marketing deliverables;
- Track deadlines and the status of deliverables with the teams involved;
- Attend strategic and operational meetings as the Marketing representative;
- Produce and organize complete briefings (objective, target audience, channels, KPIs and deadlines);
- Support the development of action plans and timelines;
- Monitor campaigns and initiatives from planning through final execution;
- Ensure proper organization and prioritization of requests;
- Possess basic to intermediate knowledge of digital media (Meta Ads, Google Ads and social media);
- Support the analysis and monitoring of digital campaigns;
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion and ROI);
- Contribute optimization suggestions based on data;
- Request quotes and liaise with vendors;
- Support the preparation and control of the department budget;
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met;
- Prepare executive presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides);
- Build performance reports with critical analysis;
- Translate data and metrics into actionable insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications or related fields;
- Knowledge of digital media;
- Experience (including internships) producing briefings;
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and customer journey;
- Design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator);
- Experience with email marketing tools;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (data reading and interpretation);
- Previous experience as a focal point between departments (BP — Business Partner profile);
- Experience working in environments with multiple business units.
