About the role
- Act as a strategic partner to business areas, understanding needs, challenges, and objectives;
- Translate commercial requests into clear, structured, results-oriented briefs;
- Ensure alignment between requesters’ expectations and Marketing deliverables;
- Track deadlines and delivery status with the teams involved;
- Attend strategic and operational meetings as a representative of the Marketing area;
- Produce and organize complete briefs (objective, target audience, channels, KPIs, and deadlines);
- Support the development of action plans and schedules;
- Monitor campaigns and initiatives from planning through final execution;
- Ensure proper organization and prioritization of requests;
- Have basic to intermediate knowledge of digital media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media);
- Support the analysis and monitoring of digital campaigns;
- Monitor performance indicators (CTR, CPC, conversion, and ROI);
- Provide optimization suggestions based on data;
- Obtain quotes and liaise with vendors;
- Support the preparation and control of the Marketing budget;
- Manage multiple concurrent requests, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met;
- Prepare executive presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides);
- Build performance reports with critical analysis;
- Translate data and metrics into actionable insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
- Knowledge of digital media;
- Experience (including internships) in producing briefs;
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
- Basic understanding of the marketing funnel and customer journey.
- Nice to have:
- Design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator);
- Experience with email marketing tools;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (data reading and interpretation);
- Previous experience as a focal point between departments (BP profile);
- Experience working in environments with multiple business units.
