About the role
- Analyze and process employee information to ensure proper granting of benefits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation;
- Monitor, verify, and control benefits invoices, record entries in the system, and perform monthly reconciliations with the relevant departments;
- Provide support to employees for benefit-related inquiries, problem resolution, and accurate guidance on all benefits;
- Manage enrollments, data changes, terminations, and process benefit requests (meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, private pension, health insurance, and dental plan);
- Allocate benefit costs by cost center, ensuring correct accounting allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Previous experience in benefits administration and management;
- Knowledge of labor legislation applied to benefits (CLT — Brazilian Labor Law, rules for transportation allowance, health coverage, etc.);
- Experience with invoice verification, reconciliations, and financial postings;
- Experience allocating costs by cost center and understanding of accounting allocation;
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and basic financial formulas);
- Experience with HR management systems and/or ERP (Protheus).
