About the role

  • Monitor the cascading implementation of the strategic plan across business units;
  • Monitor strategic and operational indicators/KPIs of corporate areas;
  • Prepare performance reports and progress updates on institutional goals;
  • Support the definition and review of targets and KPIs together with business areas;
  • Develop executive presentations for the board of directors and advisory councils;
  • Collect, organize and analyze data to support decision-making;
  • Update dashboards and management performance panels;
  • Perform root-cause analyses for bottlenecks or deviations in processes;
  • Conduct internal surveys and benchmarking to support strategic analyses;
  • Ensure strategic databases are kept up to date and well organized;
  • Support management of the company’s portfolio of strategic projects;
  • Facilitate governance rituals such as performance meetings and strategy forums;
  • Track corrective action plans related to strategy or processes;
  • Participate in building performance monitoring models;
  • Map and review critical processes together with the respective areas;
  • Create and manage process hierarchy and architecture, promoting standardization and integration;
  • Prepare technical documents (manuals, flowcharts and process guides);
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in organizational processes;
  • Promote cross-functional integration for implementation of improvements;
  • Elicit and document requirements from stakeholders for strategic initiatives;
  • Act collaboratively, proposing solutions that support strategy execution.

Requirements

  • Education: Completed postgraduate degree;
  • Proficiency in structuring analyses, consolidating datasets and developing monitoring dashboards;
  • Ability to create dynamic dashboards and interactive analyses to support management;
  • Use of corporate systems to obtain data and decision-support reports;
  • Knowledge of handling and interpreting structured data for strategic insights;
  • Practical experience in monitoring and structuring organizational initiatives;
  • Ability to map, review and redesign critical processes, applying continuous improvement tools;
  • Knowledge of target deployment and strategic monitoring tools;
  • Analytical problem-solving skills to identify root causes, propose solutions and anticipate risks;
  • Effective communication and data storytelling skills;
  • Ability to present analyses in clear, visual narratives tailored to different audiences;
  • Systemic perspective to align operational analyses with the company’s strategic direction;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different areas, promoting integration of initiatives;
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple demands while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
