About the role

  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and opportunities to purchase room nights.
  • Evaluate performance indicators: occupancy, revenue, and profitability of agreements.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows.
  • Improve the customer experience through qualified partners.
  • Negotiate rates, commercial terms, cancellation policies, and exclusive benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and partner hotels.
  • Terminate commercial agreements (contract termination), handle disputes, and provide support to the Ombudsman (Ouvidoria) and Ajuri.
  • Analyze, review, and formalize contracts in accordance with legal and strategic guidelines.
  • Negotiate and manage allotments (room blocks) to ensure availability and prevent overbooking.
  • Arrange accommodation bookings as barter/exchange for suppliers.
  • Intervene in cases of service denial by hotels.
  • Support the Call Center, specialized customer service, and tour operator.
  • Monitor partner artwork submissions for the Bancorbrás magazine.
  • Create travel itineraries and schedules for groups, packages, and famtours (familiarization tours).
  • Travel to destinations to evaluate service, location, and infrastructure.
  • Submit travel expense reports within the deadlines established by the company.
  • Monitor balances of hotels' prepaid room nights.
  • Request and analyze proposals for advance purchase of room nights.
  • Check hotels' CNPJ for restriction verification and prepare justifications.
  • Prepare preliminary analyses and feasibility studies for Executive Management and the Board.
  • Complete proposal forms, draft contracts, and validate them in the system.
  • Request barter/exchange arrangements for prepaid room nights.
  • Analyze discrepancies between supplier invoices and the rate database in the system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Solid experience negotiating rates and commercial terms, focused on securing competitive prices, flexible policies, and exclusive benefits.
  • Experience in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identifying opportunities for room night purchases, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Experience managing contracts: analysis, review, formalization, and termination of commercial agreements.
  • Development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with suppliers and hotel chains.
  • Planning travel for groups, packages, and famtours, including itinerary creation and expense reporting according to company guidelines.
  • Monitoring performance indicators such as occupancy, revenue generated, and profitability of agreements.
  • Analytical skills and strategic vision in developing proposals and feasibility analyses.
  • Direct involvement in conflict resolution, mediation with partners, and responding to incidents via the Ombudsman (Ouvidoria) and internal channels.
  • Support for the Call Center and operational areas, ensuring quality service standards.
  • Knowledge of the hotel industry, tourism trends, and on-site evaluation of new destinations and suppliers.
  • Monitoring balances and managing prepaid room nights: proposal analysis, contract validation, and system control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Omnibees systems and airline platforms.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation, persuasion, and organization.
  • Detail-oriented profile with effective time management, flexibility, and proactivity in facing challenges.
