About the role

  • Credit Review Manager.
  • Review credit limits for the most critical clients on each platform.
  • Organize and lead daily credit committees.
  • Conduct fundamental credit analysis based on financial statements, behavioral data, credit bureaus, and other sources, focused on credit granting and monitoring.
  • Prepare credit opinions and recommendations, and present cases to the Board/Executive Committee.
  • Propose updates and modernizations to the credit process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Strong technical background and experience in corporate (PJ) credit.
  • Knowledge of the full credit cycle (origination/approval, monitoring, and renegotiation).
  • Familiarity with typical corporate credit products (installment loans, revolving credit, invoice discounting, trade finance).
  • Experience in banking will be an advantage.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and multidisciplinary profile.
  • Willingness to travel.
