About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the new Digital Business Management unit, actively driving the restructuring of the bank's mobile channel.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team focused on Sales, Customer Acquisition, increasing the bank's primary relationship with customers, and app stickiness.
  • Manage the Mobile Banking roadmap.
  • Work with a focus on increasing sales and strengthening the app's role as the primary channel, overcoming the challenge of making it more attractive and intuitive, including for customers aged 50+.
  • Manage strategies for customer growth, cybersecurity, application architecture, sales, and app stickiness.
  • Act strategically and collaboratively with other areas, taking an active role and making data-driven decisions.
  • Lead the area with a focus on business results, maintaining strong relationships with both technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience managing business teams focused on Mobile Banking development.
  • Experience at major financial institutions or digital-first companies.
  • Solid track record in senior roles such as Manager, Executive Manager, or Superintendent.
  • Extensive experience managing a Mobile Banking roadmap.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams within a squad-based or matrix leadership structure.
  • Open, communicative, and relationship-oriented profile.
  • Deep knowledge of financial products such as loans, payroll-deductible (consigned) loans, and investments.
  • Strong command of application architecture (including programming languages) and cybersecurity management.
