About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, model, and maintain dynamic dashboards in Power BI, ensuring business units and executive management have access to reliable data for decision-making;
Support the calculation, extraction, and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), using SQL queries to consolidate complex data sets;
Investigate and analyze the bank's operational loss database, identifying patterns, bottlenecks, and anomalous behavior through basic statistical analyses;
Interact directly with other bank departments to investigate reported incidents, understand root causes of losses, gather explanations, and assist in developing effective action plans to mitigate future risks;
Use Python and advanced Excel to automate data extraction routines and manual reports, optimizing the team's delivery times;
Prepare management reports, presentations, and concise executive summaries, translating technical data into business language to report the bank's risk exposure levels.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;
Experience in data analysis and report preparation;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools and Power BI;
Ability to explain data insights clearly and didactically to different audiences;
Ability to examine data, question root causes, and propose creative solutions.
