About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management of the CRM platforms used by the frontline for customer service and conducting business;
Management of projects and the maintenance/support backlog;
Development and proposal of customer-focused business and technology strategies;
Collaboration with frontline teams to evaluate improvements and enhancements to the CRM platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields;
Experience with Salesforce: Financial Services Cloud;
Knowledge of CRM strategies;
Experience with data extraction and manipulation tools (SQL);
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc).
Nice to have:
Experience in managing performance indicators (KPIs);
Experience in project management.
