Key responsibilities & impact

Draft, negotiate, and review complex and corporate contracts;
Provide consultative legal advice to business areas, focusing on the identification, analysis, and mitigation of legal and regulatory risks;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Law;
Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
Experience in contract structuring;
Proficiency in English.
