Management of the CRM platforms used by the frontline for customer service and sales operations;
Management of projects and support/maintenance backlog;
Proposing customer-focused business and technology strategies;
Working with the frontline to evaluate improvements and enhancements to the CRM platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields;
Knowledge of Salesforce: Financial Services Cloud;
Knowledge of CRM strategies;
Experience with data extraction and manipulation tools (SQL);
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
