About the role

  • Execute and monitor cash collection and cash management routines;
  • Perform accounting reconciliations related to the department's operations;
  • Evaluate the quality and efficiency of the cash replenishment and distribution network;
  • Support cash planning, considering demand, costs and service levels;
  • Analyze variances between planned and actual results, identifying causes and proposing corrective actions;
  • Develop and monitor action plans;
  • Map, review and propose improvements to operational processes;
  • Work with a systems perspective, understanding the impact of decisions on the budget and financial results;
  • Build and track performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Experience in dynamic environments (consulting, projects, operations, planning, or analytical teams);
  • Experience managing or actively participating in projects and/or process improvement initiatives;
  • Strong analytical skills and organizational ability;
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Ability to manage change and multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM);
  • Experience with data tools (Power BI, SQL, etc.).
