About the role
- Execute and monitor cash collection and cash management routines;
- Perform accounting reconciliations related to the department's operations;
- Evaluate the quality and efficiency of the cash replenishment and distribution network;
- Support cash planning, considering demand, costs and service levels;
- Analyze variances between planned and actual results, identifying causes and proposing corrective actions;
- Develop and monitor action plans;
- Map, review and propose improvements to operational processes;
- Work with a systems perspective, understanding the impact of decisions on the budget and financial results;
- Build and track performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Experience in dynamic environments (consulting, projects, operations, planning, or analytical teams);
- Experience managing or actively participating in projects and/or process improvement initiatives;
- Strong analytical skills and organizational ability;
- Experience with data analysis and metrics;
- Advanced Excel;
- Ability to manage change and multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM);
- Experience with data tools (Power BI, SQL, etc.).
