About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • We are seeking a leader in Culture, Development and Corporate Education who combines strategic vision, energy and execution capability to transform development into a true performance lever.
  • This person will play a key role in translating Fibra's strategy and culture into relevant, modern learning experiences with real impact on people's day-to-day work.
  • Define and lead Fibra's Training & Development (T&D) and Human & Organizational Development (DHO) strategy;
  • Act as guardian and driver of Fibra's culture, ensuring it is lived daily;
  • Structure and implement programs for:
  • Leadership development
  • Learning paths
  • Development of soft skills and technical competencies
  • Map training needs (Training Needs Analysis - TNA) aligned with business objectives;
  • Lead performance management initiatives and competency assessments;
  • Support talent management, succession planning and leadership pipeline processes;
  • Lead organizational culture and engagement initiatives;
  • Design and run engagement/climate cycles (survey, analysis, feedback and action plans);
  • Manage vendors, learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and the department budget;
  • Promote innovation in learning methodologies (e.g., digital learning, microlearning, active learning methodologies);
  • Lead and develop the T&D / DHO team;
  • Ensure alignment with HR and other strategic areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Postgraduate/MBA in People Management, Corporate Education or related areas;
  • Solid experience in Training & Development and/or DHO;
  • Previous experience in a leadership role;
  • Experience with leadership development and culture programs;
  • Experience with learning methodologies and corporate education;
  • Strategic engagement with executive leadership.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in Training and DHO areas in mid-to-large companies or in fast-growing environments;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to learning.
