About the role

  • Responsible for coordinating the accounting and regulatory activities for credit and foreign exchange products, ensuring compliance with CMN Resolution No. 4,966, the appropriate measurement of the PDD (Allowance for Doubtful Accounts) and the reliability of information reported to the Central Bank (Bacen) and other regulatory bodies.
  • **Main responsibilities:**
  • Act strategically in defining accounting workflows, system parameterization and continuous process improvement;
  • Team development;
  • Liaison with internal and external audits;
  • Design, innovation and automation of accounting processes;
  • Accounting and regulatory management of the credit and foreign exchange portfolio;
  • Measurement and monitoring of the PDD (Allowance for Doubtful Accounts);
  • Regulatory reporting to Bacen (Brazilian Central Bank).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
  • Active CRC (Brazilian Regional Accounting Council registration/license);
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Experience in the banking sector;
  • Experience with process automation, with emphasis on AI, Power BI and programming;
  • Experience in people management and leadership;
  • Experience with credit products and PDD (loan loss provisions);
  • Strong knowledge of CMN Resolution No. 4,966;
  • Experience with regulatory reporting to Bacen, specifically FGC, Cadocs 3040, SCR, 3050 and accounting Cadocs.
