About the role
- We are seeking a professional to work in the Credit Risk area, focused on monitoring, controlling and optimizing risk, providing strategic support to business areas.
- Responsible for producing management and regulatory reports, assisting in the development of policies and in setting limits. Active participation in structuring integrated stress tests, with experience in CADOC 3040.
- Perform internal processes, analyze datasets and client operations through systems and close liaison with business areas to identify potential risks;
- Use statistical models, analytical tools and indicators to measure the company’s exposure to credit risk;
- Support the development of risk policies and the definition of operational limits to prevent material losses;
- Produce periodic reports for senior management and regulatory bodies such as the Central Bank of Brazil and CVM (Brazilian Securities Commission), when applicable.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Actuarial Science;
- Experience in Credit Risk;
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Python, SQL, Power BI);
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, especially those related to Credit Risk (Resolutions 4966 and 352).
