About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be responsible for driving the Payments agenda within Open Finance.
Support compliance with regulatory requirements.
Evolve customer journeys and integrations.
Create new products enabled by the payments infrastructure.
Design and scale Open Finance payments solutions, ensuring efficiency, security, and regulatory compliance.
Maximize conversion and adoption of payment features across the bank.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with payments products (Pix, payment initiation, acquiring or similar).
Strong data orientation and analytical skills to support decision-making.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple demands.
Knowledge of digital journeys and user experience improvements.
Good communication skills for engaging with different stakeholders (business, technology, external partners).
Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Availability for a hybrid work model – on-site 2x/week (near CPTM Morumbi station).
