About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and refine executive materials to support commercial management, including pipeline and account/business plans, ensuring a high standard of clarity, consistency, and accuracy of information to support decision-making
Structure, model, and govern strategic databases, covering key indicators such as revenue, profitability, pipeline, and portfolio, ensuring reliability, traceability, and standardization of information
Actively participate in the budget planning cycle, including the construction, breakdown and formalization of commercial targets, aligning strategic guidelines with execution capacity
Monitor and analyze commercial performance against established targets, providing critical, insight-driven analysis and clear guidance to maximize results
Serve in a consultative role with strategic stakeholders (Banking, Products, Risk, Treasury and Finance), translating business needs into structured analyses, actionable recommendations and impact-oriented solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in Commercial Planning, Strategic Planning, FP&A or Analytics, with a focus on generating insights and supporting decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science/Engineering, or related fields
Advanced proficiency with analytical and management tools, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Power BI and CRM systems (such as Dynamics or Salesforce)
Solid experience in data structuring and modeling, with Power BI (including Power Query) and knowledge of Python, Power Apps or similar tools for automation, data organization and development of analytical solutions
Analytical, results-oriented profile with strong ownership, proactivity and the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations
Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring the quality and reliability of deliverables
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different areas and levels of the organization in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days on-site) in the Itaim Bibi area - São Paulo/SP
