Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a Business Channel branch
Define strategies within your area of responsibility for vehicle financing, EGV, other financial products and insurance lines
Be attentive to opportunities for efficiency improvements and drive strategy toward digital operations, ensuring alignment with the future of the market
Act proactively to ensure the quality of sales and processes
Map and assess competitors' activities, economic trends and market fluctuations
Manage and develop the Sales team, ensuring the quality of portfolios
Ensure the branch's performance aligns with BV Bank's strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Digital experience with financial products
Solid experience and knowledge of digital sales pipelines
Experience managing people to develop teams and commercial strategies
Strong focus on data analysis
Valid Category B driver's license, own vehicle, and availability to travel
