About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale proprietary initiatives, with a focus on the automotive and solar sectors, ensuring brand relevance and commercial impact
- Act as a strategic bridge with the commercial team, ensuring alignment between marketing strategy and business generation
- Map, design and implement trade marketing projects for partners (B2B)
- Develop and execute partner-focused brand experience strategies to strengthen relationships and engagement
- Manage and negotiate with suppliers, producers and agencies, ensuring efficiency, quality and delivery results
- Plan and lead product campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring message consistency and performance
- Structure and evolve the digital communication strategy, with a focus on awareness and performance
- Monitor and analyze KPIs of activities, generating insights and recommendations that guide decisions and optimizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strategic profile with strong execution capability
- Previous experience in trade marketing, B2B marketing and proprietary projects/events
- Experience interfacing with commercial teams and a focus on driving results
- Experience in managing suppliers and agencies
- Knowledge of digital strategies (awareness + performance)
- Data-oriented analytical skills and decision-making ability
- Relational profile with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Considered a plus: Experience in the automotive, financial or solar energy segments
- Experience with partner/channel ecosystems
- Experience in designing B2B journeys and experiences
- Track record of relevant proprietary projects
