About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the focal point for monitoring the bank's Strategic Indicators (Strategic Map, OKRs and Targets), ensuring progress of the strategic agenda by interacting with the various responsible areas to generate inputs and insights for discussions and course corrections with the responsible teams
Ensure proper cascading of Strategic OKRs into Tactical OKRs, adequately reflecting the tribes' challenges
Perform cross-monitoring of indicators including: (i) Tactical OKRs; (ii) physical deliveries (milestones); (iii) budget consumption; among others
Support the development of business cases for the bank's strategic initiatives, validating results and economic/financial impacts
Support the creation of executive materials by providing inputs and analyses for senior management discussions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
Profile: proactive, critical and analytical thinking, ability to synthesize, logical reasoning, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with project management methodology
Knowledge of financial concepts, performance metrics and KPIs related to banking activities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and a diversity of areas/topics across BV
Ability to structure and analyze diverse datasets, developing reports/presentations with a focus on generating insights
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint — other tools are a plus
Intermediate English.
