Product Manager – Credit Card Acquisition

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the credit card acquisition strategy, focusing on sustainable and profitable growth;
- Manage the end-to-end acquisition funnel (traffic → application → approval → activation);
- Lead backlog prioritization based on data, financial impact and customer experience;
- Use advanced analytics to identify opportunities to increase conversion and reduce friction;
- Define and track key KPIs such as CAC, approval rate, conversion and activation;
- Drive continuous experimentation (A/B testing) across offers, journeys, communications and channels;
- Work closely with data, business, risk, CRM and engineering teams;
- Operate with a strong business-results orientation, connecting product to revenue and efficiency;
- Influence stakeholders and ensure executive alignment on priorities and outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Product Manager for digital products, preferably in credit, cards or financial products;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making;
- Experience managing acquisition funnels and performance metrics;
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear prioritization;
- Hands-on profile with a sense of ownership and high accountability;
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and executive stakeholders;
