About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a senior reference for governance, prioritization, and acceleration of Artificial Intelligence initiatives, ensuring sustainable value capture, execution discipline, and advancement of organizational AI maturity, aligned with the bank’s strategy and the VTO.
Structure and maintain governance for the AI initiatives portfolio, ensuring prioritization based on value, risk, and strategic alignment.
Conduct value analyses (business cases, ROI, savings, productivity gains, and operational efficiency) for AI and automation initiatives.
Support business areas in structuring AI use cases from ideation to scale, ensuring methodological rigor and a focus on impact.
Produce executive materials and dashboards for governance and leadership forums (Executive Board and C‑level).
Work collaboratively with Strategy, Data, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence and mitigation of AI-related risks.
Contribute to the development of the bank’s AI frameworks, policies, and corporate governance models.
Define, monitor, and report KPIs for adoption, performance, and impact of AI solutions (e.g.: MAU/licenses, automated hours, ROI, lead time, compliance).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Solid experience in strategy, analytics, value management, data/AI governance, consulting, or digital transformation.
Proven experience building and evaluating business cases and value metrics (ROI, TCO, payback, operational efficiency).
Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and business acumen applied to technology and AI.
Experience in executive communication and data-driven storytelling.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and portfolio management of initiatives.
Prior experience with or familiarity with regulated environments (financial sector preferred).
