Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze to evolve: Perform strategic profitability analyses, identifying opportunities and proposing actions that generate real impact across Credit Card, Checking Account, Personal Loan, payroll-deductible loan and other product businesses.
Translate strategy into numbers: Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring projections align with the business growth targets.
Reveal the story behind the numbers: Lead the monthly management close, providing transparency on company performance and identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
Turn data into insights: Prepare and present executive materials on business results, providing leadership with information that enables informed, decisive actions.
Drive financial transformation: Lead initiatives that optimize processes and introduce innovation to the area, always thinking scalably and relying on reliable data.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in financial analysis.
Logical and critical reasoning to perform analyses and propose solutions.
Collaborative attitude, fostering partnerships and strengthening a team-oriented culture.
Intellectual curiosity, with a willingness to acquire new knowledge and continuously develop.
Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
Advanced Excel skills to develop sophisticated models.
