About the role

  • Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of data pipelines using DBT
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, traceability, and governance
  • Translate business requirements into data models, transformations, and DBT tests, under the guidance of more experienced professionals
  • Support the configuration and integration of data that underpin credit policies and processes
  • Ensure consistency between business rules and data structures
  • Support data monitoring and data quality activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of DBT, SQL, Python, and Git
  • Experience with data monitoring and data quality
  • Good communication skills for interacting with data, credit, and technology teams, including reporting status and risks
  • Availability to work on-site 2 days per week at the Morumbi office
  • Knowledge of data modeling (facts, dimensions, and granularity definition)
