About the role
- Ensure the continuous evolution of credit decision engines and the credit origination pipeline, promoting scalability, governance, traceability and performance.
- Serve as the focal point between Business, Credit, Risk, Data, Modelling, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Technology.
- Define and prioritize the backlog and roadmap for decision engines and the credit workflow.
- Translate credit policies, strategic guidelines and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze pipeline KPIs (SLA, decision time, approval rates, expected loss, default, exceptions and operational efficiency).
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or equivalent role, preferably in Wholesale Credit, Corporate, SME or Middle-market.
- Strong experience with decision engines, credit policies, business rules and credit origination workflows.
- Strong ability to liaise between technical and business areas.
- Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps and prioritization in agile, regulated environments.
- Analytical, structured and data-driven profile.
