About the role

  • Develop Credit Policies (Approval and Maintenance) for the Overdraft product, using creativity and available tools to maximize the risk-return relationship;
  • Implement actions to improve the quality of the credit cycle, continuously leveraging data manipulation to support strategic and tactical decision-making;
  • Liaise with various departments across the institution to enable new initiatives and capitalize on existing ones.

Requirements

  • Internal employees: Levels 8 and 9; Minimum 1 year with the company OR in the current role;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Proactive and able to interact effectively with different areas (Technology, Finance, Commercial, Product, Risk, etc.);
  • Required proficiency in data handling and statistical tools (SQL, Python and SAS);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Access and Excel, and monitoring/visualization tools (Power BI);
  • Experience in areas beyond Credit Risk is a plus.
