About the role

  • Be one of the leads responsible for designing credit card underwriting policies, from analysis and conception through implementation and performance monitoring.
  • Lead studies and projects focused on evolving and transforming credit card application and approval processes in partnership with multiple areas.
  • Perform statistical and investigative analyses to optimize credit card approval policies.
  • Work collaboratively with Business, Risk, Growth, CRM, Modeling and Finance teams to drive improvements and enhance credit granting outcomes.
  • Develop monitoring frameworks, KPI analysis and executive-level materials.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with credit card underwriting or approval policies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (SQL or Python).
  • Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics platforms.
  • Desirable: understanding of credit card P&L dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or related fields.
  • Availability to work on-site 2 days per week at the Morumbi location.
