- Operate and optimize journeys, segments, and campaigns in Salesforce.
- Configure objects, automations, and reports.
- Ensure quality and efficiency of CRM journeys.
- Analyze performance and generate business insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements and integrations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Journey Builder, etc.)
- Proficiency with workflows/flows, rules, objects, reports, and segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Organized, self-driven, and collaborative.
- Proactive engagement with peer teams and partners.
- Clear communicator with a problem-solving focus.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (twice weekly) near Morumbi CPTM station.
