About the role

  • This position is intended for a senior professional with a critical role in supporting and evolving the Automic Workload (UC4) product and in developing automation scripts (jobs and workflows).
  • Responsible for maintaining, operating, and evolving the UC4 environment, acting as a technical reference for automation and scripting, ensuring the reliable execution of critical workloads to guarantee operational continuity, stability of automated processes, and risk reduction in critical environments.

Requirements

  • Support and administration of the Broadcom/CA Workload Automation product (Automic/UC4);
  • Planning, coordinating, and implementing changes, service requests, and/or project tasks;
  • Perform proactive problem analysis, identify solutions, and apply necessary fixes in the environment;
  • Execute daily operational activities, resolve incidents, and communicate with other involved teams to deliver a stable, high-quality service as requested by business stakeholders;
  • Perform troubleshooting in coordination with vendors and third-party support;
  • Carry out other activities in accordance with IT Service Management processes.
