About the role
- Drive the transformation of the Collections operation, leading automation and efficiency initiatives.
- Develop Python solutions and scripts to optimize and evolve processes.
- Work with artificial intelligence and automations for scalable use.
- Participate in the agile lifecycle: planning, mapping, execution, and monitoring of initiatives.
- Operate within squads, using agile practices to ensure continuous delivery, rapid adaptation, and value generation.
- Perform analyses, tests, and validations that support strategic decisions and the evolution of the area.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Python, including developing solutions for routines and automations.
- Knowledge and/or experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation), preferably applied to credit or collections contexts.
- Strong analytical skills, focused on problem solving and improving efficiency.
- Familiarity with agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in squads.
