About the role

  • Produce executive materials for commercial management (Pipeline, Account/Business Plans), ensuring clarity, accuracy and consistency of information;
  • Structure and model databases for metrics such as revenue, profitability, pipeline and portfolio, ensuring reliability and standardization;
  • Apply AI to evolve existing dashboard models and improve efficiency in data use;
  • Participate in the budgeting process for target creation, cascading and contracting;
  • Monitor targets and performance, providing critical insight and accuracy in interpreting results;
  • Act in a consultative manner with stakeholders (Banking, Products, Risk, Treasury and Finance), translating needs into analyses and structured deliverables

Requirements

  • Strong experience in data structuring and dashboard creation using Power BI (modeling / Power Query), Power Apps and Python to organize databases, create workflows and enable executive analyses;
  • Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office (advanced), especially Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI, SAS, Machine Learning, data structuring and CRM (e.g., Dynamics or Salesforce);
  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, IT, Data Science/Engineering or related fields;
  • Experience in Commercial/Strategic Planning, FP&A or Analytics;
  • Highly proactive profile, sense of ownership, analytical capability applied to data, organized and detail-oriented, with good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in the Morumbi area (near Morumbi CPTM station).
