About the role

  • You will be responsible for designing the NaPista website and app for both end consumers and merchants;
  • Actively participate in the development prioritization process;
  • Continuously evolve the product by creating and refining flows and interfaces, maintaining a high standard of usability and visual consistency;
  • Identify user needs, propose solutions, and develop prototypes to validate hypotheses;
  • Collaborate directly with developers to find the best technical solution that delivers the best possible experience;

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect design decisions to metrics, strategic objectives, and value generation.
  • Solid experience with Figma, including advanced use of components, variants, shared libraries, and organizing design systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make clear decisions, and take responsibility for the impact of design on the final product.
