About the role
- Work in Innovation & Technology
- Lead process transformation projects and initiatives enabled by emerging technologies such as Blockchain and AI, from discovery to implementation and benefits realization.
- Define scope, milestones, risks, dependencies and success metrics.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Process mapping and improvement.
- Conduct as-is and to-be mapping and value stream mapping.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in business processes.
- Work closely with Business, IT, Data Science and AI teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support change management activities, including communications, training and adoption.
- Design future processes integrating emerging technologies, automation and digital tools.
Requirements
- Experience preparing studies, reports, executive presentations and other materials to support the presentation of data, insights, results and relevant information.
- Proficiency in English is essential for conducting meetings, conversations, preparing materials and other needs in the language.
- Experience and knowledge in the banking sector and/or in Artificial Intelligence and other emerging technologies is a plus.
- Innovative, curious and proactive profile, with interest in learning about innovation and new technologies to solve complex problems and drive transformation in the banking sector.
- Logical reasoning, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail and good communication, enabling the development and management of robust research processes, identification of innovation opportunities and internalization of insights for products and the business.
