About the role

  • Development and monitoring of performance indicators related to operational collections intelligence;
  • Execution of diagnostic analyses and generation of insights from data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement in collections operations.
  • Design, review, and calculation of meritocracy and partner compensation models, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic guidelines.
  • Creation of executive presentations and materials for decision-making forums, with clear and objective communication of results and recommendations.
  • Interaction with partner areas such as IT, Legal, Product, Customer Service, and external vendors to ensure effective implementation of proposed operational strategies.
  • Continuous monitoring of operational results, proposing adjustments and new approaches based on trends and market benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with strong command of the tools;
  • Solid knowledge of statistics, including A/B testing, elasticity, statistical significance, and Type I and Type II errors;
  • Experience in data processing and analysis;
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, etc.);
  • Experience with SAS;
  • Skill in data storytelling.
