About the role
- Structure, originate and sell currency and interest rate derivatives, such as NDFs, swaps and options.
- Serve as the technical reference for the Commercial Team, including participating in meetings and client visits when required.
- Act as intermediary between the client and Legal in contractual discussions, ensuring clarity, agility and feasibility of transactions.
- Work directly and decisively with Legal, Product, Credit, Middle and Back Office teams, ensuring alignment in transaction structuring.
- Prepare commercial materials, review operational workflows and monitor transaction results.
Requirements
- Experience in derivatives, FX, interest rates and/or structured products.
- Critical, analytical profile with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to propose legal solutions and adapt contracts to make transactions viable for the business.
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise between technical and commercial areas.
- Availability to travel and work in a hybrid model (2 days per week on-site), based in the Morumbi area of São Paulo.
- CPA-20 certification required.
